Ultraflo
The Ultraflo 400/422 Series is ideal for general purpose, resilient-seated processing applications and is available in a wide variety of construction materials. Precision machining to very close tolerances and high quality U.S. made materials assembled to rigid quality control specifications all add up to a valve that is longer lasting, easier to operate, easier to maintain, and best of all – easier on your budget.
Ultraflo 400
Housings: Cast Iron (epoxy coated), Aluminum.
Discs: 316 Stainless Steel, Nodular Iron, Aluminum Bronze, and a variety of custom coatings.
Seat: EPDM, Nitrile, Buna, Viton. Nitrile and EPDM available in FDA approved white.
400 is dimensionally interchangeable with Keystone Fig. 100.
Ultraflo 422
Housings: Nodular Iron (epoxy coated).
Discs: 316 Stainless Steel, Nodular Iron, Aluminum Bronze, and a variety of custom coatings.
Seat: EPDM, Nitrile, Buna, Viton. Nitrile and EPDM available in FDA approved white.
422 is dimensionally interchangeable with Keystone Fig. 122.
The Ultraflo 300 Series, one of the true sanitary butterfly valve designs on the market, is available in 390/399 wafer style and 392/393 lug style designs. The two-piece housing allows for a one-piece investment cast disc stem with a smooth finish for sanitary service. Ultra-Thin disc design is perfect where maximum flow area and smooth flow characteristics are required. A variety of coatings are availble for sanitary, chemical and abrasive applications. The 399/392 versions have a slightly reduced I.D. for O.D. tubing service. The Ultraflo 300 Series is the ideal valve for applications requiring high flow, minimal product entrapment and complete protection of valve components from line media.

Housings: 316 Stainless Steel, Cast Iron (epoxy coated), Aluminum.
Disc Stem Assembly: 316 Stainless Steel, 17-4 Stainless Steel (available with satin or high polish finish). Elastomer, Teflon® and other custom coatings available.
Seats: Teflon®, EPDM, Nitrile, Buna, Vition. Nitrile and EPDM available in FDA approved white.

- Extended neck design for ample application of insulation.
- One-piece / uni-body construction of cast iron designed to accommodate ANSI 125/150 flanges. Optional ductile iron body.
- Integral mounting flange will accept all styles of hand lever, multi-turn manual gear and power operators/actuators.
- Oil impregnated bronze stem bushings to assure long life even during extended periods of inactivity. Lowers operating torque to ease operation manually or when power assisted.
- One-piece resilient seat with molded in o-ring eliminates the need for additional flange gaskets. Valve body designed to limit seat compression to optimum dimensions.
- One-piece resilient seat has molded in (integral) o-ring seal for upper and lower valve shafts. Works with disc edge hub seals to provide a double stem seal.
- Suitable for open left or open right operation.
- One-piece shaft design.
- Butterfly standard with a hard back seat. No movement of the seat which results in a constant torque.
- Butterfly valves available up to 48 inches.
