FTC offers are wide range of services to support your process and equipment needs. Our technicians have decades of field experience and are available on short notice. We are particularly skilled in the areas of steam and hot water systems, condensate systems, corrosion applications, and valve operation. Please contact us for all of your service needs.
FTC offers comprehensive steam trap analysis and reporting. Surveys are performed by our trained technicians. Reports are completed by our Certified Energy Manager (C.E.M.). Depending on the results of the analysis, we assist with the repair or replacement of malfunctioning traps.
Our Certified Energy Manager (C.E.M.) is available for overall system performance audits. These include analysis of boiler efficiency, stack losses, parasitic steam losses, load modeling, equipment sizing, and more.
FTC has a long tradition of hosting on-site steam and hot water seminars, training sessions, lunch and learns, and other hands-on training events. We offer customized sessions to customers who have specific or unusual challenges.
Our service department offers annual boiler inspections, burner tuning, teardown, safety valve testing, limit testing, and more. We work closely with inspectors to ensure that our customers’ equipment is properly maintained and operating efficiently.
